Job summary

LineVision is seeking an Information Technology Lead to own IT service delivery, security, and employee experience in a fast-growing grid intelligence company. You will lead IT operations, manage identity/workflow automation, and oversee hardware procurement while ensuring ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II audit readiness.

You will report to the VP of Security, IT, and Quality and partner with HR, Security Engineering, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT operations and systems administration.
• 1+ year in a lead or people-management capacity.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery and support via Jira Service Management.
• Lead identity and workflow automation for the employee lifecycle.
• Own hardware procurement and asset tracking for Dell and Apple.
• Administer core apps including Google Workspace and MDM.
• Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II audits.
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals.
