LineVision, a grid-intelligence technology company headquartered in Boston, seeks a VP of Engineering to own end-to-end delivery across software and hardware. You will oversee Nexus Core, our next-generation multi-tenant SaaS for dynamic line rating, moving from launch to daily operations for a growing utility customer base.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in engineering with leadership of teams shipping production software to external customers.
• Experience delivering a multi-tenant SaaS platform from architecture through GA and ongoing releases.
• Experience running on-premise or privately deployed software for enterprise customers with strict security/compliance requirements.
• Hands-on hardware design for industrial systems, including environmental hardening and certifications (UL, CE, FCC, IP-rated enclosures).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery across Platform, Applications, Embedded Software, Data Science, and Hardware Engineering.
• Drive Nexus Core's release cadence for multi-tenant SaaS and on-premise deployments.
• Guide the field-deployed sensor fleet lifecycle and next-generation sensor launches.
• Establish delivery standards with milestone-level ownership and transparent reporting.
• Represent engineering to the executive team and partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
