About the Role

A nationally expanding law firm is looking for a hands-on IT Supervisor to anchor support operations in its fast-growing Dallas office. With new offices launching monthly, this is a critical role for someone who can hit the ground running and bring structure, leadership, and deep legal IT knowledge to the table.

You’ll be the go-to tech leader on-site, ensuring attorneys and staff have the support they need to stay productive and secure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead IT support efforts in the Dallas office, acting as the primary point of contact
• Triage and escalate tickets appropriately across Level 1, 2, and 3 support
• Promote knowledge sharing and customer-first support culture
• Collaborate with firm leadership to align IT with business goals

What You Bring

Required:

• Law firm IT experience – you know the pace, the tools, and the expectations
• Strong grasp of ITSM and escalation workflows
• Experience with iManage or similar document management systems
• Ability to distinguish and act on Level 1, 2, and 3 support needs

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with Citrix
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring IT support staff
