Job summary

MyRemota is seeking an experienced IT/IS Project Manager to coordinate IT and Information Security initiatives across our global organisation. You will drive ownership, structure, and timely delivery while maintaining visibility across Jira environments.

The role emphasises security delivery, risk management, and cross-team coordination, with hands-on delivery and proactive issue resolution to ensure outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/IS project management experience.
• Experience delivering technology or security initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience with Information Security and Engineering organisations.
• Strong experience with Jira-based task and backlog management.
• Experience working across multiple Jira projects, workflows, or systems.
• Experience producing consolidated reporting, KPIs, and trend analysis from task-level data.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from requirements and planning through implementation and handover.
• Define scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate delivery across IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams.
• Proactively manage risks, blockers, priorities, and cross-team dependencies.
• Drive decisions to ensure projects progress to completion.
