Base pay range

$56,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the selection, acquisition, and storage of hardware, software, and technical services, focusing on vendor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Manage contractual relationships with vendors and service providers, monitor contracts, and support budget processes and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain policies for contract and licensing review, approval, and interface between Legal and operational areas.
• Maintain detailed records of IT hardware and software assets, licenses, contracts, and warranty information.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and storerooms, ensuring equipment is securely stored and accurately tracked.
• Coordinate and document transfer and disposal of IT assets following governmental and internal standards.
• Maintain comprehensive records relating to IT assets, including inventory, licensing, contracts, and vendor contacts.
• Build relationships with vendors to expedite warranty repairs and manage the RMA process.
• Handle requisitions for IT equipment or software, complete purchase documentation, and work with purchasing teams.
• Ensure the IT Asset Management system is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Perform special projects as assigned by IT leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or 4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems and familiarity with gaming and/or hospitality systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and be on call 24/7.
