Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Inventory Control Associate at the Wisconsin Distribution Center to track and audit technology equipment and support reliable IT operations across North America. You will work with management to identify process improvements and help ensure systems run smoothly.

The role emphasizes accuracy, hands-on inventory tasks, and collaboration with a large internal tech team; on-site position with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using Excel and Access.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, shipping and tracking of IT hardware and software from the vendor to end users across our North American locations.
• Assist with equipment disposal and recycling.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT-related assets.
• Conduct physical inventory audits, perform reconciliations, and work with management to identify process improvements.
