Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking an IT Inventory Control Associate to track and audit technology equipment across North America, ensuring systems run smoothly and data is accurate.

Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, and tracking IT assets, conducting physical inventories and reconciliations, and working with management to drive process improvements; a high school diploma is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and Excel/Access skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in shipping and receiving environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience using Excel and Access.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable lifting or moving items weighing up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, shipping and tracking of IT hardware and software from the vendor to end users across North American locations.
• Assist with equipment disposal and recycling.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT-related assets.
• Conduct physical inventory audits, perform reconciliations, and identify process improvements with management.
