Job summary

Uline is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will analyze inventory data to identify trends, investigate challenges, and recommend improvements across North American operations, supporting 15 locations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, presenting strategic findings to leadership, and building/maintaining reports with SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis to anticipate inventory discrepancies and solutions.
• Translate data and metrics into actionable insights and present findings to leadership.
• Build, maintain and enhance reports using SQL, Power BI and Excel.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and efficiency.
