Job summary

Uline is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to transform inventory data into actionable insights across North America. You will lead root-cause analyses, build reports, and collaborate with multiple sites to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data translation, stakeholder communication, and process optimization, leveraging SQL, Power BI, and Excel to drive performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI and Warehouse Management System (WMS) a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis to anticipate potential inventory discrepancies and identify solutions.
