Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an IT Intern for the San Diego CSS facility. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting end-user and workstation environments, providing top-notch IT service, and assisting with hardware and software support.

This on-site internship for the 2026 summer semester offers exposure to IT processes and manufacturing applications, with typical hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, in a dynamic environment at the Composite Sealing Systems Division in San Diego.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT or CS with at least junior standing.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Experience with hardware maintenance and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between business applications and users from a technical perspective.
• Assist with incidents and requests following ITIL foundational principles.
• Interact directly with internal customers.
• Develop training materials for process changes and new technology introductions.
• Provide premier IT-related support to team members.
• Follow established safety and environmental policies and procedures.
