Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between business applications and end users from a technical perspective.
• Assist with incident management and ticketing under ITIL guidance.
• Support hardware and software installation, maintenance, and end-user inquiries.
• Develop training materials for new processes and technologies.
• Maintain safety and environmental policies in the work area.
