Parker Hannifin is seeking an Engineering Intern for the North Hollywood, Fluid Systems Division. This internship offers exposure to pneumatic valve component and systems design, development, investigation, testing, assembly, production support, sustaining, and fielded product support activities.

As an Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across Mechanical Design, Hardware Testing, Drawing Standards, and Project Management while pursuing coursework in Mechanical or Aerospace

Qualifications

• Enrolled in engineering coursework at an accredited university in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• May have limited or no prior work experience in related industry.
• Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge would be a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Acquire and apply knowledge in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Hardware Testing, Drawing Standards and Project Management.
• Support new product development and day-to-day engineering processes and operations.
• Complete Learning Management System training to comply with division standards.
• Gain knowledge in document/drawing control for change reviews and approvals.
• Assist with general duties typical for engineering internship and team projects.
