Job summary

Work is Monday–Friday, with a flexible scheduling option including a potential four-day week.

The internship lasts 12 weeks, focusing on end-user support, hardware, networking, and IT processes to develop practical skills for a career in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing end-user troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Performing device maintenance, setup, configuration, and basic repairs.
• Assisting with system deployments, including preparing and installing equipment.
• Managing and updating IT support tickets to ensure issues are tracked and resolved.
• Supporting physical layer setup, including cabling, equipment connections, and workstation setup.
• Assisting with network diagnostics and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Maintaining hardware documentation and assisting with hardware mapping.
• Supporting inventory tracking and organization of IT equipment.
• Learning and following established IT procedures, security practices, and documentation standards.
