Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a related program.
• Preferred IT/CS/CS Eng focus; prior professional experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring daily IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide user technical support and troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Set up computers and standard software for new employees.
• Support ERP systems and IT projects for business needs.
• Assist with security reviews, backups, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teammates to resolve problems.
