Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking an Information Technology Intern to gain hands-on experience across end-user support, hospitality technology, networking, and systems administration within a luxury resort setting.

The internship is paid and full-time, offering exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and emerging technologies while completing an experiential project tied to academics.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Current student in accredited IT/CS program with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• At least 1 year of LAN/WAN experience.
• Commitment to a 12-week internship.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for associates, management, and guests experiencing technical challenges.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and network issues, including Office 365 and Windows 11.
• Document work orders accurately and coordinate timely technician support.
• Assist with installation/removal of telephone and data cabling as needed.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts to maintain secure system access.
• Complete an experiential project aligned with internship learning objectives.
