Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is seeking an Information Technology Intern to gain hands-on exposure to end-user support, hospitality technology, networking, and systems administration within a luxury resort environment. This paid, full-time internship includes an experiential project and collaboration with experienced IT professionals.

You will provide first-line support, help with Office 365 and Windows 11, document work orders, and contribute to secure system access and reliable connectivity

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current second- or third-year student in an accredited IT/computer science program with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• At least one year of LAN/WAN exposure or coursework.
• Willingness to commit to a 12-week consecutive internship and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for associates and guests with technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity; support O365 and Windows 11.
• Document work orders accurately and coordinate with technicians as needed.
• Assist with cabling and creating/ managing user accounts for systems access.
• Complete an experiential project aligned with academic learning objectives.
