Job summary

Inter Miami CF is offering a Number 10 Internship in IT for the 2027 Sprint Season. This paid, part-time internship focuses on technical troubleshooting and customer service in a dynamic sports environment.

You will assist with hardware/software issues, document resolutions, and support events with on-site IT coverage. The role requires students currently pursuing IT/CS degrees (or recent grads), strong communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to internal & external technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Document support requests and solutions in the ticketing system to ensure proper follow-up and resolution tracking.
• Support the installation and setup of new computer equipment and software.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Assist with the setup and preparation of events and game days, and provide on-site IT support during these activities
