Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in IT (must be completed with second year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in suit of Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting basic network and hardware trouble tickets.
• Document internal procedures
• Follow helpdesk/desktop support best practices (ITIL-centric) to ensure accurate, timely problem resolution
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of general IT Systems and network concepts, principles, and procedures
• All other duties as assigned
