Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Lend IT support in areas such as Active Directory, analytics, and data center management
• Other duties as assigned

The right individual will provide IT support to all employees with respect and professionalism. The ability to prioritize multiple projects while working proactively to avoid foreseeable issues. Completing tasks with a sense of urgency is an important part of the job. It is also important to be self-motivated, detail oriented and be able to work independently. Must have a positive outlook and willingness to work collaboratively with others.

Qualifications

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
• Familiar with Office 365, Microsoft Server 2019 and up, Linux, and various Windows versions
