Job summary

Marmon Group's Harbour Industries LLC in Shelburne, VT invites an IT Intern to join under close supervision, helping diagnose and troubleshoot employee IT issues, and supporting desktop, laptop, and network services.

You will assist with hardware/software maintenance, active directory, data center tasks, and organize IT resources while developing practical hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or MIS major.
• Familiar with Office 365, Windows Server 2019+, Linux.
• Strong verbal and written communication; analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in teams; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
• Organize and maintain IT resources.
• Lend IT support in areas such as Active Directory, analytics, and data center management.

Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.
