Job summary

Zones IT Solutions is seeking an Integration Technician to configure PC, laptop, and server units to customer specs. You will work with the integration team to ensure timely completion of orders and coordinate with Sales and Engineering to align project timelines. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, solid Windows OS knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma required or equivalent.
Proficiency with PC operating systems, software, hardware and peripherals.
Solid understanding of major Windows Operating Systems.
CompTIA A+/Server+ or equivalent desirable.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Working knowledge of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and remote access.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Configure PC, laptop and server units to proper specifications.
Coordinate with integration technicians and support teams to complete orders on time.
Use production schedules and communicate with Sales and Engineering.
Maintain updated project timelines with managers and staff.
Maintain certifications and arrange upgrades as required.
Ensure issues are resolved promptly and run rate of projects is steady.
