Job summary

Zones IT Solutions seeks an Integration Supervisor for a second shift (2:30 pm–11:30 pm). You will supervise the Integration Department, coordinate with technicians, and help develop procedures for Zones customers.

You’ll work with management to ensure schedules, SLAs, and equipment upgrades are aligned with project needs. The role requires CompTIA A+/Server+ knowledge (or equivalent), experience leading 5–10 technicians, and strong customer-focused problem-solving.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification; CompTIA Server+ or equivalent desirable.
• Experience managing a team of 5-10 technicians.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize technical tasks based on customer requirements.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints.
• Experience with customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of PC operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and remote access.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational supervision of the Integration Department during the specified shift.
• Collaborate with Integration Technicians to give feedback and growth.
• Develop and maintain integration procedures for Zones customers.
• Suggest improvements to Integration equipment and infrastructure.
