Job summary

Zones, LLC in Carol Stream, IL is hiring an Integration Supervisor for a 2:30 pm–11:30 pm shift to lead the Integration Department and mentor technicians. You will help develop and maintain integration procedures, coordinate with Sales and Engineering, and ensure SLAs are met.

The role requires CompTIA A+ certification (Server+ desirable), prior team leadership of 5–10 technicians, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks against customer requirements

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification required; CompTIA Server+ or equivalent highly desirable.
• Experience managing a team of 5-10 technicians.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize technical tasks based on customer requirements.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints.
• Experience with customer interaction and customer satisfaction.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Solid understanding of all major Windows Operating Systems.
• Proficient in productivity applications like MS Office.
• Working knowledge of WAN/LAN, network protocols (TCP/IP), and remote access.

Responsibilities

• Utilize production schedule and regular communication with Sales and Engineering staff to schedule production schedules.
• Communicate with Manager, sales, and operation staff to maintain an accurate understanding of upcoming projects; develop schedules and ETAs.
• Ensure production schedules are set with delivery methods and customer-specific SLAs accounted for.
• Maintain current industry certifications of technical staff and build additional certifications as required.
• Regularly review lab equipment; arrange replacement or recommend upgrades.

Position Overview:

Please Note: This is a second shift role starting at 2:30 pm to approximately 11:30 pm.

As an Integration Supervisor you will provide operational supervision of the Integration Department during normal shift hours, and work directly with Integration Technicians to provide feedback, education, and growth. You will also work with the department management to develop, maintain, and update integration procedures for Zones customers, provide feedback and suggestions on existing procedures, and provide for suggestions and improvements of Integration equipment and infrastructure.

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000.
