Overview

The IT Infrastructure Tech I will provide technical support for Sheridan NH on-premises users, hardware, software, and computer network infrastructure. This position is a key role for daily on-site support providing technical guidance to end users, and support projects and initiatives, and is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.

• This position is a key role for daily on-site support providing technical guidance to end users, and support projects and initiatives, and is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems or equivalent technical training required. Equivalent experience and technical trainings may be substituted for the education requirement.
• 1-2 years’ experience working in a Help Desk Support role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with PC hardware and software technology.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server/Windows Operating Systems.
• Knowledgeable with hardware and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift.

This is an in-person position that requires working on-site in Hanover, NH.
