Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking an IT Infrastructure Systems Analyst to join our Virginia team. This full-time, dayshift role involves working regular office hours Monday through Friday within our facility in Falls Church.

You will review system and application feasibility, coordinate with vendors, and lead cross-functional teams to implement secure, compliant IT solutions that support patient care and hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4 years relevant professional experience.
• 3 years of experience as a systems analyst.
• Working knowledge of IT and hospital systems including listed tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and usefulness for Inova Health System.
• Provide standards information to/from vendors to ensure proposed solutions meet Inova standards including compatibility, operational fit and security/compliance.
• Identify best fit for processes and systems through analysis of software solutions and provide recommendations.
• Lead project task forces or work groups; write minutes, vendor correspondences and status reports.
• Assist in development and implementation of team member training/mentoring activities.
• Receive service requests and coordinate with end-users to ensure requirements are understood.
• Maintain vendor and user relationships and communicate status/issues promptly.

Education
