Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of IT experience.
• Experience in startup environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build out and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Manage user management system.
• Setup standardized desktops in contact center environment.

Skills

3-4 years’ experience

Entrepreneurial and self‑driven

Strong academic credentials from a top tier university/college

Linux server & desktop administration

Deployment and administration of open source Kerberos & LDAP

Windows desktop administration

Experience with IT inventorying methods

Experience integrating internal authentication systems with web applications

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
