Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with infrastructure or cloud engineering in a consulting, MSP, or enterprise cloud setting is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, cloud networking, storage, backup, virtualization, and security practices.
• Certificates such as Cisco are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support client infrastructure solutions including networks, servers, security apps, and collaboration tools.
• Assist with infrastructure assessments and security remediation projects for client environments.
• Configure and administer security applications to support modernization and environment separation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and security issues impacting project delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to document policies, procedures, and training materials.
