Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer in Milwaukee to support client infrastructure and security solutions. You’ll assist with assessments, remediation, modernization, and the configuration of security applications for new client environments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of infrastructure or cloud engineering experience, with strong Azure and Microsoft 365 knowledge. Certifications in Microsoft365, Azure, or Cisco are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• 2+ years of relevant infrastructure or cloud engineering experience preferred.
• Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support client infrastructure solutions including networks, servers, and security apps.
• Participate in infrastructure and security assessments for managed services clients and projects.
• Configure and administer security applications for infrastructure separation and modernization.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and security issues impacting client environments.
• Lead or support remediation initiatives from assessments.
• Perform recurring security checks and support security operations for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to develop policies, documentation, and training materials.
• Manage assigned work within project timelines and budgets.
