Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager to sit onsite in southeastern Connecticut, with 2-3 days per week in the office, coordinating IT infrastructure projects in new and existing office spaces, including conference room builds and retrofits.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end lifecycle from initiation to closeout, develop plans in Smartsheets, handle procurement, vendor relations, and ensure milestones, risks, and deliverables are tracked and communicated to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience across full IT lifecycle: initiation, design, build, test, closeout.
• Experience supporting facility IT deployments (cabling, AV) and office buildouts.
• PMP certification and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects in office buildings.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and reporting in Smartsheets.
• Coordinate IT, facilities, and vendor teams; drive milestones and risk management.
• Oversee procurement and vendor contracts; ensure documentation and closeout.
• Lead weekly status meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
