iSpace, Inc. in Denver is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead infrastructure and technology projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage budgets and schedules, and report progress to IT leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management for tech or infrastructure, strong communication, and a track record of delivering on time and within scope in enterprise environments.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of project management experience leading technology, infrastructure, or enterprise applications.
• Experience managing projects utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Experience using Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of medium to high-complexity technology and infrastructure projects.
• Partner with Project Leadership Teams (PLTs), business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Provide clear and concise project status updates to IT leadership, business stakeholders, and project sponsors.
• Escalate project risks and issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and other required project artifacts.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and geographically dispersed resources to achieve project goals.
• Ensure adherence to established project delivery frameworks, governance standards, and organizational best practices.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join the Infrastructure Services Product Delivery team. In this role, you will lead and deliver medium to high-complexity infrastructure and technology projects using a combination of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive Project Manager who thrives in complex enterprise environments and has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders and vendors, and delivering projects on time and within budget. They excel at balancing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations while driving execution, accountability, and successful project outcomes through strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of medium to high-complexity technology and infrastructure projects.
• Partner with Project Leadership Teams (PLTs), business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and delivery plans.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• 3+ years of project management experience leading technology, infrastructure, or enterprise application projects.
• Experience managing projects utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including:

• Teams
• Experience using Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills and Expertise:

• Experience supporting Infrastructure Services, IT Operations, or Enterprise Technology organizations.
• Familiarity with project governance, financial management, and vendor management processes.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
