Job summary

CBTS is seeking an organized Project Manager (Entry to Mid-Level) to support critical infrastructure and network-related projects in a dynamic technology environment. You will coordinate activities, manage change windows, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of project coordination or PM experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT infrastructure changes in engineering/production environments.
• Plan, schedule, and execute weekend and evening maintenance/change windows at sites.
• Support hardware refreshes, migrations, and moves.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
