Job summary

CBTS is seeking an organized Project Manager (Entry to Mid-Level) to support critical infrastructure and network-related projects in a dynamic technology environment. You will coordinate activities, manage change windows, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

We are seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager (Entry to Mid-Level) to support critical infrastructure and network-related projects within a dynamic technology environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, manage change windows, and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful execution of network and hardware initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate IT infrastructure changes in engineering/production environments.
• Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of weekend and evening maintenance/change windows at sites.
• Supportrefresh initiatives, including hardware refreshes, equipment migrations, and physical hardware moves.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and communication plans.
• Escalate issues and risks appropriately while driving resolution to minimize project impact.
• Ensure activities are completed in accordance with organizational standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 5 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred

• Experience supporting network infrastructure or hardware deployment projects.
• Familiarity with change management processes and maintenance windows.
• Understanding of networking concepts and enterprise technology environments.
• Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Must be willing and able to support occasional weekend and evening change windows as required by project schedules and operational needs.
• Occasional travel to support activities at various sites may be required.
