Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an IT Infra Construction Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure deployments in manufacturing and smart factory settings.

This onsite, direct-hire role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, and vendor performance while ensuring safety and quality. The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 7+ years of IT infrastructure project experience, and fluency in Korean and English, with PMP being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure implementation or construction projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both Korean and English.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure implementation projects for manufacturing and smart factory environments.
• Manage project proposals, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Oversee subcontractors performing low-voltage construction, structured cabling, physical security, and data center installation.
• Coordinate with project managers, customer IT teams, construction managers, production teams, and application teams.
• Manage daily construction activities and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Support installation and implementation of: Enterprise Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Production PLC Communications, Wireless Networks, Optical Fiber Cabling, UTP Cabling, Communication Rack Installation, Data Center Construction.
• Review and coordinate cable routing, tray pathways, and infrastructure layouts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Monitor project quality, risks, schedules, and issue resolution.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements, company standards, and safety guidelines.
