Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Our Client, A Global Investment Bank, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator in their New York, NY location.

*This role may require some travel to the Jersey City, NJ office

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster cross-team collaboration to assist the project management team in completing tasks and producing deliverables.
• Ensure projects follow frameworks, and maintain appropriate documentation for each project.
• Help project managers monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
• Assist in the procurement process by raising quotes and requisitions for required services/materials.
• Track project budgets and ensure projects stay within scope.
• Publish plans and schedules, managing the execution of all tasks.
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and milestones are met.
• Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
• Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
• Produce and present regular status reports.
• Schedule and chair regular meetings/updates with team members, vendors, and stakeholders, and distribute minutes.
• Lead conference/checkout calls, including during weekends and evenings.
• Effectively escalate issues to Infrastructure Project Managers.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Approximately 3 years of IT project management experience within financial services organizations.
• Experience with data center moves, understanding of move, adds, and changes, and involvement in construction projects.
• Ability to interact with both technical and construction teams.
• Familiarity with timelines for buildouts and construction projects.
• Experience handling logistics across global regions.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, specifically comms rooms, networks, desktop IT, and audio-visual systems.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
