Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a detail‑oriented IT Service Coordination professional to join a family‑run MSP team in Greenville, SC. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, route tickets, and help manage quotes, orders, and vendor coordination.

This direct‑hire role rewards organization and communication. Proficiency with ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and asset management tools is required, with familiarity of MSP portals such as 8x8 and Sophos.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service coordination, preferably MSP environment.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-project management ability.
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, MS 365, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with MSP portals such as 8x8 and Sophos.
• Knowledge of asset management systems such as Asset Panda.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Support: serve as first contact, route inquiries, manage help desk tickets.
• Procurement & Asset Management: handle quotes, orders, vendor coordination, keep records organized.
• Project & Documentation Support: review Statements of Work, onboarding/offboarding tasks, maintain docs.
• Office & Operations Coordination: oversee travel bookings, supplies, and SOP updates.
