Job summary

Godshall Recruiting seeks an IT service coordination professional in South Carolina for a hands-on, project-support role within a family-like team environment. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, manage help desk tickets, and coordinate procurement and asset management using ConnectWise, Asset Panda, and Microsoft 365.

Ideal candidates will have MSP experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and follow-through

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service coordination, preferably in an MSP or large technical team
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with MSP partner portals (e.g., 8x8, Sophos)
• Knowledge of asset management systems such as Asset Panda

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client communications and support tickets
• Coordinate procurement, vendor management and asset records
• Assist with reviewing statements of work and onboarding/offboarding tasks
• Support office operations and travel bookings as needed
