Job summary

Twenty80 LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, virtualization, and core business systems.

This role is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of server and network environments while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

Associate or higher education in computing or related field; bachelor preferred.
3–5 years as Systems/Network Administrator or similar infrastructure role.
Experience with Windows Server, AD, M365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Experience with Cisco networking and virtualization (VMware).
Knowledge of security, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise server, network, hardware, software, and infrastructure systems.
Manage Windows Server environments, AD, M365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy; apply updates and security patches.
Configure and support Cisco networking, including switches, routers, WLAN, and firewalls.
Maintain virtualization environments (VMware) and ensure reliable operation of virtual servers.
Install, upgrade, and integrate server/network hardware and software components.
Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement reliability improvements.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and infrastructure documentation.
Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure improvements and support.
Support capacity planning, storage management, and overall system performance.
Implement security best practices, SSO, endpoint protection, and access management.
