You will ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability while guiding a team of system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years leading infrastructure or operations teams.
• Strong expertise in Linux Administration (RHEL, Ubuntu), Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
• Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V, enterprise networking (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper), firewalls and VPNs.
• Knowledge of storage, backup, disaster recovery, and Microsoft 365 with cloud (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Oversee virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Ensure uptime, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead server migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.
• Manage enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi‑Fi/Data Center networks.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and security appliances.
• Monitor network performance, availability, throughput, and latency.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and standards; lead incident response.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Lead System Administrators, Network Engineers, and Helpdesk teams.
• Manage budgets, roadmaps, and vendor relationships; track milestones and risks.
• Implement automation via PowerShell, Bash, Python, or IaC; maintain docs and runbooks.
