Job summary

Mosaic Service Partners is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule, to own the enterprise technology foundation and drive post-acquisition integration across brands.

You will govern identity, endpoint, collaboration tools (M365), and MSP relationships, while building scalable, secure IT environments. This role offers growth as the company scales and expands its multi-brand platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or IT operations with hands-on ownership.
• Experience standardizing fragmented multi-site IT environments across locations/units.
• Deep hands-on command of Microsoft 365 stack, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and core networking.
• Experience governing M365 estates at tenant level: SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, external sharing, licensing, migrations.
• Proven ownership of MSP relationships with SLAs and outcomes.
• Working security fluency: access controls, endpoint security, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, phishing risk.
• Hybrid role based in Washington, DC with travel to brand partners as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own IT integration for every acquisition with Day 1–Day 90 playbooks.
• Define identity and endpoint baseline; migrate users/devices across brands.
• Consolidate and govern the Microsoft 365 estate and licensing.
• Remediate inherited environments and close security gaps.
• Manage MSP/security partners with clear standards and SLAs.
• Run onboarding/offboarding and end-user support across brands.
• Govern the infrastructure estate; maintain a single source of truth for assets.
• Provide HQ/field support including A/V and travel to partners.
