Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation’s Quick Coupling Division seeks an IT Infrastructure Lead to maintain existing IT infrastructure and research new technologies aligning with corporate objectives.

The role supports division-wide IT standards, mentors junior staff, and ensures system reliability while focusing on security and regulatory compliance. Includes occasional travel and collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related IT field.
• Professional certifications such as A+ or MCSE are preferred.
• 5-10+ years IT infrastructure experience, 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains existing IT infrastructure and corrects issues while enhancing functionality.
• Researches and presents new technologies to improve productivity and security.
• Provides user support for software, desktops, printers, and server/network configuration.
• Support applications including shop floor controls and Windows-based servers.
• Promote IT security and comply with data privacy and risk regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and divisions; manage budget within IT functions.
• Travel up to 10% overnight to support division locations.
