Job summary

CFS Latrobe is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead planning, implementation, and ongoing support of our IT backbone across sites. You will guide a team of engineers, ensure secure, scalable, and highly available systems, and provide hands-on support when needed.

The role emphasizes virtualization, hybrid cloud, disaster recovery, and collaboration with cybersecurity and apps teams to optimize performance and reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure with 2+ in leadership.
• Hands-on HP Aruba networking (wireless, switching, ClearPass).
• Strong virtualization experience (VMware/Hyper-V) and Windows Server.
• AD, DNS, DHCP, backups, and recovery knowledge.
• Experience with hybrid cloud (Azure, M365) and patching.
• ITIL or similar process framework knowledge.
• Willingness to travel domestically (20% annually).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and strategy for infrastructure systems.
• Manage network/system engineering and admin teams.
• Oversee HP Aruba networking, switches, wireless, and access control.
• Define hardware standards for infrastructure and endpoints.
• Maintain on-prem and cloud health, performance, and uptime.
• Implement DR, data backup, and business continuity testing.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and apps teams for secure environments.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve performance and security.
• Own vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing.
• Create infrastructure docs, SOPs, and diagrams.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure budget and lifecycle.
