Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization.
• Familiarity with network and security management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure aligned with business goals.
• Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of networks, servers, storage, and infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure security by applying best practices and staying informed on threats.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement within budget constraints.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
• Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget and optimize resource use.
