Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the IT Infrastructure Hosting team.
• Troubleshoot platform and hardware/software issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and review change requests.
• Assist in writing procedures and defining work processes.
• Maintain excellent team and collaboration skills.
• Assist in status and metric reporting as needed.
• Assist in contractor oversight and multiple project execution.
• Assist in prioritizing, managing, and executing multiple projects concurrently.
• Participate in IT systems and process improvement efforts.
• Look for ways to improve IT processes.
