Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2/4-year degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing.
• Basic familiarity with Windows OS and IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• System administration & support including cloud solutions AWS, Cisco Meraki and Office 365
• Remote office provisioning & connectivity support including LAN/WLAN/WAN
• Provide second level support for incident escalations
• Monitor assigned incidents to ensure timely resolution
• Participate in daily group stand ups
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency
