Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer II to lead design, implementation, and support of our data centers, servers, virtualization, storage, and end-user productivity tools. You will collaborate across projects, ensure system availability, and support vendor procurement and RFP processes.

The role offers initial onsite work at our Appleton corporate office with potential for hybrid work after onboarding. Wisconsin residence is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems certification or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience working with server operations and enterprise applications
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking including TCP/IP, routing, virtualization, SAN/NAS, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud vendors and IT security
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Batch)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with DR/BCP practices in relation to hybrid cloud offerings

Responsibilities

• Promote Fox’s Mission and Values while delivering infrastructure expertise across projects
• Serve as infrastructure SME to drive successful delivery of initiatives
• Research, plan, and implement new or enhanced infrastructure components
• Provide operational support to maintain system availability and perform deep technical troubleshooting
