Job summary

Foxconn System LLC in Lordstown, OH seeks an IT Infrastructure Engineer to administer and support the organization’s server, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, monitoring, security, and business-application infrastructure. This role maintains reliable and secure operations, responds to incidents, and develops documentation and recovery practices to minimize business disruption.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of infrastructure experience preferred.
Experience with Windows/Linux, virtualization, and enterprise storage.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows and Linux servers and virtualization.
Manage enterprise storage and backup services including Veeam and PowerStore.
Administer Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams.
Monitor infrastructure and security with Zabbix and SecOps tooling; respond to incidents.
Support IT service-management platforms like Autotask and Datto; manage tickets and changes.
Plan and deliver infrastructure projects including migrations and data-center improvements.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and compliance evidence.
