Job summary

Foxconn, formally Hon Hai Technology Group, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Lordstown, OH to administer and support server, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, monitoring, security, and business applications infrastructure.

You will maintain reliable operations, respond to incidents, support users and projects, and document recovery practices; seven or more years of enterprise IT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration incl. Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune.
• VMware vSphere, Nutanix exposure is a plus.
• PowerShell scripting or other automation methods.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux server environments and virtualization platforms.
• Manage enterprise storage and backup services (PowerStore, Synology, Veeam, M365 backup).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Monitor infrastructure and security health; respond to incidents and alerts.
• Administer ITSM and remote-management platforms (Kaseya Autotask, Datto).
• Support core infrastructure services and hosted applications (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL).
• Plan infrastructure projects such as virtualization migrations and data-center improvements.
