Job summary

CAMPUS USA is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer to administer and enhance on-premises and cloud environments, resolve complex issues, implement upgrades, and improve performance, reliability, and security.

The role involves maintaining day-to-day operations, contributing to infrastructure improvements, and supporting a secure and stable environment for members and staff. A strong engineering mindset and collaboration across teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Industry-recognized certifications (Azure Administrator, Windows Server) preferred.
• 2–4 years of similar infrastructure or systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies CAMPUS values while supporting members, employees, and community.
• Monitors and administers infrastructure systems for performance and reliability.
• Performs maintenance, patching, upgrades, and admin across platforms.
• Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues and performs root cause analysis.
• Implements server, network, storage, virtualization, and cloud solutions.
• Leads infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Maintains infrastructure documentation and standards.
• Supports security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Identifies improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal teams and vendors; mentors less experienced staff.
• Participates in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
