Job summary

CAMPUS USA Credit Union is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to maintain and enhance our on‑premises and cloud infrastructure. You will troubleshoot complex issues, support infrastructure projects, and help ensure secure, reliable systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring servers, networks, storage, virtualization, patching, migrations, and on‑call support. A strong background in IT security, DR, and cloud architectures is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of infrastructure or systems administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, networking, security, OS, and DR.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-800/801, RHCSA, VMware VCP, or Cisco CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor servers, networks, cloud environments, storage, virtualization, and other infrastructure systems.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and serve as an escalation point.
• Support security, backup, disaster recovery, compliance, and business continuity efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical infrastructure support.
