Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing IT infrastructure and operations, with team leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise server systems, LAN/WAN, virtualization, cloud SaaS, storage, security, DR/BCP, monitoring, and telecom.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 monitoring and rapid restoration of IT services.
• Collaborate with directors to meet internal and customer support needs.
• Lead change management, documentation, and SLAs for uptime during upgrades.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate cloud migrations and major tech upgrades.
• Maintain security policies and disaster recovery plans.
